(10 dances)
Competitive ballroom dancing at our school is more than just a hobby — it is a full-fledged, mature, and self-sufficient form of creative expression.
Instruction follows a carefully designed teaching system that ensures stable and visible progress.
Classes in our competitive groups include a balanced combination of group and private lessons with top-level coaches, training alongside Finnish best dancers, participation in training camps, competitions, and performances.
The training program focuses on two core styles, comprising a total of 10 dances:
Latin American Program (Latin):
• Samba
• Cha-cha-cha
• Rumba
• Paso Doble
• Jive
European Program (Standard):
• Slow waltz
• Tango
• Viennese Waltz
• Slow foxtrot
• Quickstep
As dancers grow and develop, the technical and artistic complexity increases, and each dance transforms into a choreographic masterpiece created by our coaches.
Typically, students join competitive groups after completing the “DanceSport for Children” course.
